CHARACTER
Name: Prisoner Number 6 (Alias: Peter Smith)
True Name: His true name is never stated in canon
Canon: The Prisoner (After Many Happy Returns)
Age: 30
History: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Prisoner
Powers/Abilities: Number 6 is human with no supernatural abilities. However, he is a cold war era spy with exstensive skills in martial arts including hand-to-hand combat, guns, fencing, and boxing. He is skilled at cyphers/code-breaking, military tactics, sailing, helicopter/plane/jet piloting, parkour, mathmatics and astronomy. He speaks multiple languages including English, French, Some Russian, and German. He also has skill in woodworking and in building mechanical cars (as well as interest in racing cars)
Inventory: He will arrive with the clothes on his back, and one pad of paper and a pencil, and a wallet containing only a "credits" card and his Village ID.
Job History: As stated above, Number 6 is a spy who worked for MI6 before abruptly resigning. His skills in martial art, code-breaking, stealth, acting under-cover, knowledge of multiple languages, and so-on served him well in this position. It is suggested that he worked at a bank prior to becoming a secret agent which accounts for his aptitude in mathmatics. It is also suggested that he may have been a soldier in a war (most likely the Korean War) working as a bomb aimer which is where he got his experience piloting and with military grade weapons.
Suppressions: 1. He represses his deep seething anger at the possibility that his own country was the one who imprisoned him. He is mostly successful, though sometimes he does snap and show a short temmper.
2.) He has a fantasy of going away on a holiday where no one needs him and where he won't be bothered. He's never told a soul about it.
3.) He has a desire to settle down and have a "normal" life with a family, wife, and kids. He keeps that one buried because he doesn't think he will ever be able to escape his past as a spy.
4.) He has a new fantasy of escaping The Village and going back to destroy it. He's pretty open with that one and has tried it to no avail.
5.) He has a general desire to feel safe and loved by people around him without worrying that it might all be a trap. He hides it behind his standoffish nature.
6.) He longs for personal freedom and the freedom of expression. He hides it behind his strong sense of duty.
7.) He wishes he could be acknowledged for the good he's done, to leave a lasting legacy. He knows that's not possible when most of his work is classified.
Greatest Fear: His greatest fear is being broken by The Village, telling them everything and then becoming one of their mindless drones.
Greatest Desire: His greatest desire is to get free so he can live his life on his own terms.
Greatest Regret: His greatest regret is that he was taken away without warning and that no one will ever know what became of him, and his own people might believe that he was a traitor who defected to their enemies.
